Hi, my name is Michael Jelbart (a.k.a ‘Movement Mike'), and I’m here to teach you how to move! With over 15 years’ experience working with people’s complex needs, my unique and exclusive methods can help you to gain the knowledge, skill, and confidence to overcome long-term injury, manage pain, and dramatically improve the way you move - what ever the activity or goal.

Our programmes use the unique principles of natural movement and applied neurology [brain training] to help people reach their full performance potential at any age. You don’t have to give up your favorite activity, beloved sport, or even your independence, as our gently progressive approach will help you to reconnect with your body and prepare you for anything.

With a growing population that’s moving less but living longer, and a healthcare system under pressure, we desperately need an alternative that doesn’t require long waiting times, drugs, surgical interventions or a heavy reliance on others. We uniquely bridge the gap between Physiotherapy and Personal Training, which allows us to deliver a scientifically sound, yet creative movement-based solution. Our programmes are convenient, safe, and require little to no equipment, in the comfort of your own home.
